- 1. Attendees will be able to recognize how different temperaments affect the relational dynamics of a team and discuss how to turn these differences into opportunities for growth and productivity.
- 2. Individuals will identify one’s own temperament and move from self-awareness (understanding one’s own temperament) to social awareness (understanding how to work with others).
- 3. Discover how to navigate through the breakdowns in communication which have a direct relationship to employee turnover, team morale, and overall performance.
Christine Townsend graduated from Concordia University with the honor of Summa Cum Laude and is an experienced Treatment and Marketing Coordinator and Keirsey Temperament Certified Professional.
She began her professional career as a teacher and served in the field of education for 15 years before joining Marcel Orthodontics, in 2007. Combining her experience in teaching and treatment acceptance, Christine joined Debbie Best Consulting Network in 2017, as a consultant. She later returned to Marcel Orthodontics, full-time in 2020, where she currently serves as a CORE team member, and Treatment and Marketing Coordinator.
Christine enjoys teaching and sharing her knowledge with residents, doctors, and team-members alike. She lives in the wine country of Northern California with her husband, John. Together, they have two grown children and five grandchildren. Christine enjoys musical theatre and is an avid gardener who spends much of her free time nurturing her flower gardens and small vineyard.
